Stephanie has been my coach extraordinaire for three months. I felt instantly comfortable around Stephanie. Her demeanor is gentle, kind, and authentic, and she brings lightness and humor to the coaching process. Stephanie excels at listening from the mind and heart, challenging me when necessary and provoking insight with thoughtful questioning. I am most grateful to Stephanie for helping me move out of my comfort zone with confidence and self-acceptance, one step at a time. In the end, she has helped me be more courageous and successful in life... a worthy investment indeed!

Wow! Was I surprised. When a friend suggested I try a life-coach I thought, "I'm a fairly driven dietitian and I run a clinic, what is a life coach going to do for me?" But in my personal life I was overwhelmed with making non-work related decisions. I wished I was a woman who had goals and met them, but I was just surviving. Much of my time with Stephanie was spent during the pandemic. Looking back, I can't believe what we accomplished together. I saw my overall confidence improve with each goal I met. What I really loved was learning the tools to stay positive, flexible, and resilient in accomplishing goals and making decisions. Stephanie is kind and incredible at her job. I can say that I like myself more and believe in myself more after working with her- what a gift! I can't recommend her enough! You'll be glad you chose to work with Stephanie, I guarantee it!

I met Steph while navigating a lot of the usual mid-life stuff; kid going off to college, new job, newish divorce, so-so fitness. Steph helped me untangle competing priorities, understand the things that really mattered to me, and chart a self-directed course to start doing what I really needed and wanted to do. She has a real talent for helping clients locate the kernel of the issue. She creates a space for clients to be curious. And in that space, wonderful things happen. Thanks so much for the support and space to practice and grow!
